4.4 Credential Sharing Prohibited. Members may not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise make available their account credentials to any third party. Accounts found to be operated by multiple individuals will be immediately suspended.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the judy88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). judy88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly through its standard payment channels.

11.2 judy88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 judy88 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit judy88's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.1 Member-Initiated Closure. Members may request closure of their account at any time by contacting judy88 support. Where a self-exclusion is in place, the exclusion period must first expire (or be recognised as a permanent exclusion) before account closure procedures are completed.
12.2 judy88-Initiated Suspension. judy88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

Upon termination of an account for reasons not involving fraud or breach, any verified real money balance will be returned to the Member via the registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding obligations. 14.3 Language. These Terms & Conditions are provided in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
